We are pleased to announce we have placed our first abuse victim in her
own home. This woman is permanently physically and possibly mentally disabled as a result of her experience. My
experience and research is teaching that the legal system is a large contributor to this cycle. As I seek
understanding which will provide solutions it is necessary to focus not only on the victims as well as the perpetrators.
Though I speak with the tongues of men
and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though

new developments for The Julia Protective Foundation: a trinity foundation consisting of 3 parts 1. Assistance,
counseling and support for children 2. A home for abuse victims to be educated, healed and move on to
a prosperous and successful life. 3. Counseling, re-education and assistance for the abusor.
